The project involves construction a new condominium complex with two 3-story buildings. Each building will feature stick frame construction, hardie siding, and an asphalt shingle roof. Additionally, two open retail spaces will be included for future build-out.

Single story six (6) classroom addition with library and restrooms.

New mixed-use two story building with educational and business space. Therapy rooms, classrooms, administration, and building support spaces. Slab on grade, CMU wall and partial metal stud cavity wall with EIFS finish and low slope roof.

New construction of a 28,800 SF Gymnasium Annex. Consists of 2 basketball courts, support spacers, concessions for indoor and outdoor activities, meeting rooms for team gatherings and 6 administrative offices.

The Project consists of the construction of a new 2 story building and demolition of existing building.

1.Construction of a New Fire Department Maintenance Facility with all Interior and Exterior appurtenances, and Site Amenities as indicated on the Drawings and Specifications. 2.Disposal of the existing Soil Overburden to locations as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications and as directed by the Owner. 3.Construction of a LADOTD compliant Street and appurtenances. 4.Provide Rough-In’s for Owner’s Security Systems as indicated on Drawings and Specifications.
