A new pre-engineered metal building will be built at an existing recreation park. The building is approx. 10,500 SF and houses a gym, lobby, restrooms, office, and a service room. Above the restrooms is a mechanical platform housing the HVAC equipment construction of the rooms and equipment platform is load bearing construction .

This project includes new gymnasium (16,997 SF) for basketball with bleachers, locker rooms, concession, toilet rooms, PE equipment, and new concrete parking area. Phase 1: New concrete parking area in front of school. Phase 2: New Gymnasium building, canopies, paving, and adjacent concrete parking area. Alternate No. 1: Additional concrete parking area in front of school as part of phase 1.

Interior Build Out

The construction of a new 10,935SF, 8-classroom building and associated site work.

This project includes construction of a single-story, mixed-use civic administration building with meeting room and associated paving.

This project consists of the demolition of the existing canopy system at the school entry and replacing the existing canopy system with a new covered entry and associated canopies to the cafeteria and staff parking. Demo and Site Improvements in the courtyard. Improvements to include concrete paving, seating areas, misc. drainage, and installation of new canopies. Site paving improvements in the student and staff parking area and throughout the high school campus.

Infrastructure project.

This project consists of the interior renovation of an existing wedding venue to be converted into office spaces for church staff. The scope of work includes selective demo, structural work, new interior partitions, doors, finishes, and modifications to the existing electrical and plumbing systems and replacement of the mechanical systems to accomodate the new layout.

The project consists of the fabrication and installation of a pavilion to cover the new carousel ride, including the foundation for the pavilion. Additional work includes all included railings, lighting, roll down storm doors (alternate), and electrical requirements for the pavilion and ride. Facility services, including electrical power and lighting are included in the work.

This project includes the construction of new canopies & adjustments to the adjacent hard scape at the main entrance (2,550 SF) & the ER entrance (3,100 SF) of the existing Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center. The renovation of two existing restrooms (140 SF) at the main entrance & adjustments to the ER entrance are also included.
