Includes the furnishings of all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the renovation of the 9th street gym & classroom building at Slidell High School. Addition of Welding Booths at Slidell High School and Northshore High School. This initiative involves constructing new welding booth stations at each campus, built with CMU block and reinforcement, and topped with metal roofs. The project also includes dedicated storage areas and new sidewalks connecting the stations to existing facilities.

- Paint CMU inside of concessions stand. - Add canopy covering over each dugout with water fountain. - Construct new storage building & add new door, roof and roof framing to existing storage building. - Provide hose bibs around field for irrigation. - Misc. chainlink fence improvements. - Sprig outfield. Construction of an approx 630 LF ADA Boardwalk including pedestrian access ramps, lighting, benches, and trash receptacles. An alternate bid includes additional boardwalk and pedestrian access.

Renovations to the Galvez Primary School.

Replacement of storm damaged items at the existing football field, including bleachers and a press box on a pile-supported concrete slab, 75-foot high pole field lighting, and a new restroom building. It is understood that the bleachers on the visitors side will be supported by a slab on grade foundation system.

New Construction of a 4,225 SF dentist office.

New single story Vehicle Storage Building with Pre-engineered metal structure, concrete block and brick face brick walls, and standing seam metal roof.

New Hotel Construction.

Renovation of an existing outdoor terrace, including a new roof structure with integrated lighting, fans, and heaters and the addition of a service bar.
