New construction of a two-story higher education nursing teaching and simulation building with associated site work. The project is on the campus of Southern University at New Orleans. The building consists of classrooms, lecture hall, nursing teaching / simulation rooms and administrative offices.

Construct new building for restaurant supply business including showroom, test/kitchen bar, offices and warehouse.

The project consists of the relocation of the campus data center from the 7th floor to a new build-out space on the 5th floor. The work will include installation of a new interior partitions and finishes and a new raised access floor. The work will also include a new electrical, data, mechanical, plumbing and fire suppression systems to support the new data center space and equipment. The existing building is sprinkled and has a fire alarm system.
