Renovation of the rear courtyard of the New Orleans Jazz Museum at the Old U.S. Mint. The scope of work includes all associated site development. The proposed work includes the construction of a performance stage area, ADA accessible ramps, irrigation and drainage lines, and planter seat walls.

Project consists of the construction of a new Animal Welfare and Adoption center for the Jefferson Protection & Animal Welfare Services (JPAWS) for the East Bank. The facility will be a single story using load-bearing concrete masonry construction with a modified bitumen roofing system. The building will be approx. 27,775 SF and have over 50 parking spaces.

The Floyd Education & Collections Pavilion is a 2-story structure featuring a first floor exhibit space with a attached lobby. The remainder of the floor is devoted to the storage and maintenance of exhibits and artifacts. Shop spaces support the main storage spaces. There is a mezzanine open to the exhibit storage space. The second floor is a lobby with unoccupied space intended for future finish-out.
