Approx. 9,000 SF demo of an existing concrete parking lot, adding subsurface drainage and replacing with new concrete and striping. The project entails the repair of a section of parking located at the South side of an existing business and repair of portions of the adjacent EIFS south exterior wall of the business.

Work scope includes but is not limited to-site fill, grading, drainage, utilities, slab on grade, structural columns, beams, open web bar joists, acoustical metal deck, brick veneer exterior wall, exterior metal studs with aluminum windows and storefront entrances, standing seam metal roof system, TPO roofing system, associated flashings, gutters, and downspouts, interior drywall partitions with metal studs, acoustical lay-in ceilings, hollow metal door frames, flush wood doors, hardware, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, exterior and interior painting, toilet compartments and accessories, roof top mechanical units, plumbing piping and fixtures, electrical utilities, light fixtures, etc., as indicated in the Bid Docs.

Conversion of old warehouse into a hotel.

It is understood that the bleachers on the visitors side will be supported by a slab on grade foundation system.
