- Paint CMU inside of concessions stand. - Add canopy covering over each dugout with water fountain. - Construct new storage building & add new door, roof and roof framing to existing storage building. - Provide hose bibs around field for irrigation. - Misc. chainlink fence improvements. - Sprig outfield. Maintain until outfield grass is established. - At field lighting, check power to lamps and relocate field lighting controls to new storage building. - At Batting Cage remove chainlink and add netting instead, add power outlet. Add batting mat and portable pitcher's mound. - Misc improvements to Restrooms and Concessions for ADA compliance and LA DHH compliance. - Add Bullpens as shown on plans. - Add guardrail & padding at backstop, & guardrail at top of existing bleachers. - Add sound and security system
