The project consists of the relocation of the campus data center from the 7th floor to a new build-out space on the 5th floor. The work will include installation of a new interior partitions and finishes and a new raised access floor. The work will also include a new electrical, data, mechanical, plumbing and fire suppression systems to support the new data center space and equipment. The existing building is sprinkled and has a fire alarm system.
