This project consists of a three phased project. The first phase shall include ordering of all materials needed for the project while waiting to begin construction. The second phase of this project shall consist of all interior renovations of the existing gym area. This area is required to be completed by July 30, 2021. Within Phase 2, Phase 3 work can commence. The Phase 3 portion of work shall be the 12,438 square foot addition to the gym area.
